FELA
The mission of FELA (Friends of ELABasel) is to support and foster a sense of community among the parents and carers of ELABasel children. To that end, FELA schedules several events throughout the year for Early Years and Primary Years children and their families.
Events include:
- Family Game Night
- Movie Night
- Pre-Stadtlauf Reception
- Winter Fayre and Market
There are lots of ways to get involved, either a little or a lot. FELA is run by volunteers, and we need you! Support can be as simple as baking goodies for an event or handing out coffee for an hour, or it can be helping to organise an event from planning to execution. It’s up to you!
Join us! Meetings are the first Tuesday during term time at 8am at Wildersteinerhof. Everyone is welcome to participate. If you would like more information, contact the FELA chairperson Jessica Regester at FELA@ela-basel.ch

We are very fortunate to have a very supportive parent association Friends of ELA (FELA), who are very active in organising social and community events. These activities support the community feel and enable the creation of very special bonds between families.
Our welcoming environment fosters strong parent partnerships, ensuring open communication and collaboration in your child’s early learning journey.
Furthermore, our staff organise regular community and family events, bringing families together to build meaningful connections and a sense of belonging.
