We provide high-quality childcare and education for children from 3 months through to the end of Secondary School at 18 years of age.

Our programme offers a safe, secure and nurturing learning environment, carefully designed to promote children’s physical, social, emotional and academic development through engaging, stimulating and age-appropriate learning experiences.

ELABasel offers two distinct pathways in its Secondary School, allowing students to follow either the internationally recognised Cambridge curriculum or the Swiss Lehrplan 21 curriculum. This flexible approach supports individual strengths, future aspirations and smooth progression into a wide range of further education and career pathways.

ELABasel has been awarded the Basel-Stadt Secondary Transition Agreement (Übertrittsvereinbarung Privatschule – Sekundarschule) between Private Schools and Public Secondary Schools in the city. This agreement allows our graduating students to transfer directly into Swiss public secondary schools at the age of 12 based on their ELABasel school reports, without the need to sit entrance examinations. This recognition reflects Basel-Stadt’s confidence in the quality of our teaching and the strength of our German language programme.
